Football is the ultimate team sport where every member is relied on to complete their role for the team to be successful.  We have had players come in training camp having never played any sport, very nervous, timid, and throughout the season they grow into a very important member of the team.  Often these great successes happen with players that may not be the most athletic, most confident, or most skilled.  It truly is very rewarding and the reason many of us volunteer with this sport.
